Franchise terms & conditions

Please read these points carefully before submitting a franchise enquiry for FoodBees.

  1. Initial Term: The Franchise Agreement shall remain valid for three (3) years from the Effective Date.
  2. Franchise Fee: The Reference/Standard Franchise Price is ₹1,50,999.00 The exact applicable fee shall be as stated in the written quotation/invoice or Schedule B.
  3. Non-Refundable Fee: The ₹1,50,999 Standard Franchise Fee is non-refundable once the franchise registration is confirmed and the franchise onboarding or related process has commenced, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly approved in writing by an authorised FoodBees representative.
  4. Special Franchise Offer: Special Franchise Offers may be available from ₹199000 onwards, subject to the selected package and written quotation/invoice.
  5. Payment: All applicable fees, taxes, deposits, included benefits and payment dates shall be clearly stated in the quotation/invoice or Schedule B.
  6. EMI Facility: EMI may be offered to approved Franchisees through 3, 6, 9 or 12-month plans. Exact instalments, due dates, processing charges and applicable taxes shall be specified in writing.
  7. Performance Criteria: The Franchisee shall comply with applicable sales, payment, reporting, brand and operational requirements specified in the Agreement and Schedule C.
  8. Fee-Free Renewal: The Franchisee may receive one additional three (3) year renewal without a renewal fee if it achieves minimum cumulative sales of ₹10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) during the Initial Term and satisfies the other applicable renewal conditions.
  9. enewal Request: Renewal is not automatic. The Franchisee must request renewal in writing at least sixty (60) days before expiry of the Initial Term.
  10. Performance Review: Performance shall be reviewed during the final ninety (90) days of the Initial Term using objective and measurable criteria specified in Schedule C.
  11. Paid Renewal: If the Franchisee does not qualify for fee-free renewal, FoodBees may offer a further three (3) year renewal subject to the applicable Renewal Fee and reasonable renewal conditions specified in Schedule B.
  12. No Verbal Changes: No salesperson, field executive or unauthorised representative may change the franchise fee, refund policy or renewal terms through verbal promises. Any variation must be approved in writing by an authorised FoodBees representative.
  13. Receipts: Applicable receipts/invoices shall be issued for amounts received by FoodBees.
  14. No Automatic Extension: Continued operation after expiry without a written renewal agreement shall not by itself create or imply a new franchise term.
  15. Compliance: The Franchisee shall comply with FoodBees brand standards, operational requirements, reporting requirements and material obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
  16. Important Notice – FoodBees Orders Please note that FoodBees orders are accepted only when the customer and restaurant are within the same service location. Orders placed from other locations or outside the applicable service area will not be processed. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded to the customer. We kindly request you to place your order only from the supported service location. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
