Initial Term: The Franchise Agreement shall remain valid for three (3) years from the Effective Date.
Franchise Fee: The Reference/Standard Franchise Price is ₹1,50,999.00 The exact applicable fee shall be as stated in the written quotation/invoice or Schedule B.
Non-Refundable Fee: The ₹1,50,999 Standard Franchise Fee is non-refundable once the franchise registration is confirmed and the franchise onboarding or related process has commenced, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly approved in writing by an authorised FoodBees representative.
Special Franchise Offer: Special Franchise Offers may be available from ₹199000 onwards, subject to the selected package and written quotation/invoice.
Payment: All applicable fees, taxes, deposits, included benefits and payment dates shall be clearly stated in the quotation/invoice or Schedule B.
